Delivery

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and your location. Shipping tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail after your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

You can return your products within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Due to the special production nature of handmade products, returns are not accepted for personalized orders.
