Subject of the Contract

This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding the delivery of products purchased by the buyer from the Diaphane online store.

Product and Price

Product information and prices are stated on the order summary page. All prices include VAT.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery address is the address specified by the buyer during the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date they receive the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders and personalized products.
